MANAGER
I started my position in Accurate Tint and Graphics in January of 2022. I serve as the shop manager, and I am very active in the daily installs. I've been window tinting for 7 years, with experience in paint protection films for 3 years. I enjoy the challenging aspects of tinting different types of windows and learning new techniques. I love tackling new projects, and different installation situations that I haven't come across before, it’s what keeps me interested and motivated to be the best. When not working, my hobbies include playing video games, going to concerts, and traveling with my wife. Hometown: Georgia
Cassidy:
Receptionist
The office receptionist position I serve in keeps me very busy. I came into the company with sales and office experience, but I am new in the window film industry. I do enjoy learning about window film products and this BIG industry while helping customers find their desired product for their automotive, business, or home needs. Outside of work I enjoy reading, making a mess in my kitchen baking, along with spoiling my cat. Hometown: Florida

Working at Accurate Tint and Graphics for 2 years. I happened upon tinting from my interest in cars and wanted to be a part of this industry. I like this line of work because it gives me the satisfaction of changing the look and functionality of the car just from the window tinting process. Besides my enthusiasm for cars, I enjoy traveling and hiking mostly. Hometown: Delaware

I’m new to the tinting industry for a year now, focusing mainly on automotive tinting. What I really enjoy about the tinting industry is the mix of precision and creativity—each job presents a new challenge, and it’s great to see the immediate impact it has on a vehicle’s look and functionality. My life outside of work, I’m into sport bikes, gaming and spending time outdoors. Hometown: Delaware

I’ve been in the wrapping / graphics industry for 3+ years now. My specialty is installing color change wraps, commercial wraps and graphics. I love the transformation process with vehicle wraps, looks more custom and different is what I like about the industry. My hobbies are working on vehicles and snowboarding. Hometown: Delaware
Abe:
Tint BOSS
Abe is a retired USAF veteran and his industry experience dates back to 1985. He founded Accurate Window Tinting in 2000, operating for 25 years. Abe serves on the board of directors of the International Window Film Association (IWFA), promoting window film benefits to the public. He holds accreditations in window film, paint protection, and vinyl graphics. Abe enjoys being a business owner, educating people about window films, reading, spending time with his grandkids, and traveling. His hometown is Houston, Texas.
Kim:
Co-owner
Kim is the co-owner of Accurate Tint and Graphics. She has been in the industry since 1985. Her primary roles include HR, payroll, accounting, and sales, although she also serves in the office when needed. The industry involves continuous growth and learning through trade shows, industry-related events, and interactions with other business owners. Kim's hometown is Houston, Texas.
Jeremy:
OWNER
Jeremy is the owner and operator of the Wilmington, Delaware location since 2022. He managed the Dover location starting in 2016 and holds a 3M certification in vehicle wraps, wall and floor graphics installations. With experience in operations, design, and installation, our Wilmington location focuses on print, design, and full signage services. We are expanding to include window tinting and paint protection services. Hometown: El Monte, CA.
